RPW Capital is a boutique strategic finance advisory led by Ron Wysochansky, former investment banking and corporate finance advisory Managing Director with 20+ years across banking, corporate finance advisory, project finance, and hands-on CFO work.

Ron works directly with founders and executive teams to design capital raising and capital allocation strategies, support debt and equity raises, build financial models from scratch, and structure and execute complex transactions.

Prior to founding RPW Capital in September 2019, he was a Managing Director in the Corporate Finance & Advisory Solutions (CFAS) Group at Mizuho Securities USA LLC where he advised Global Fortune 1000 companies located in the Americas, Western Europe, and Asia-Pacific, but especially those operating in the chemicals, flow control, broader industrial, and A&D sectors, private equity firms, and family offices on a wide range of applied corporate finance topics, debt and equity capital raises, M&A, and customized, highly structured JVs. Combined with prior roles at The Royal Bank of Scotland plc, he has 12 years of experience in corporate finance advisory and corporate & investment banking.

He also has spent 3 years in project finance and private equity, including those as Manager of Project Finance at Kiewit Corporation, Summer Associate at the US Department of Energy, and Vice President at a NYC-based family office making direct private equity investments in the energy, power, and natural resources sectors.

Ron earned his BSBA magna cum laude with concentrations in finance and international business from Georgetown University as well as a Master in Public Policy degree with a concentration in International & Global Affairs and a focus on energy policy from Harvard University.
